Star Data Systems has many years experience conducting mail surveys and processing paper questionnaires. We have recently acquired new equipment for handling large volumes of mail surveys, postcards, warranty cards and paper questionnaires of all types. Our services include printing, folding and personalizing cover letters, multi-page questionnaires and Business Reply return envelopes, automated affixing of first-class postage stamps to ensure a higher return rate by respondents, and mailing them out for fast-turnaround jobs.
Mail Survey Processing
Star Data Systems maintains USPS postal permits for pre-sorted first class mailings and Business Reply Mail to save you time and money. We process incoming BRM questionnaires, scan them electronically and accurately capture tick boxes, numeric data and open-end verbatim responses. We can provide your survey data in a variety of formats, including flat ASCII files, Excel spreadsheets and database formats.
Mail Surveys and Online Reporting
Star Data clients track the progress of their outgoing survey mailings and incoming returns on our advanced, secure web dashboard. The dashboard provides a current record of survey status, including mailing dates by respondent record, survey return check-in dates, batch scanning and editing, and automated posting of survey records to our own dashboard or directly to a data portal of your choosing.
